Hello and welcome everyone! Throughout my time spent on this blog, I hope to share the happiness and warmth that I find through living. I hope to spread my enthusiasm for the past and antique items that have found their way into my hands. I want to build connections through passion, appreciation and the journey that is building a home and maintaining it. 

I want to grow in my experiences with food economy, gardening, home decorating and many thoughtful gatherings in style. The joy of being a wife and mother as well as a creative in a modern world. Creativity, imagination, and taking time to connect with the "why" of things while looking at the big picture at the same time. Lastly, I want to share in the ideology that having a budget need not deter you from indulging in priceless memories and enjoying the simpler side of life!

Most of all, I'm here to talk about my lifelong passion for sewing, vintage fashion, hairstyles, and research for accuracy in presentation of these things.
